TTBOMK the version of the Danish dictionary is 2.1 from 2012-07-14, according to the README_da_DK.txt that is next to the source files.

According to the changelog, the Danish dictionary was last updated in this update:

2015-05-18 Andras Timar <email address hidden> [ad516f720628c1af494733138ffc4a7b382599a6]

        tdf#87735 updated Danish dictionary

To get it updated you'd need to ask libreoffice to update the bundled copy, providing a newer version. That should be done by filing a bug on https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=LibreOffice using the component "Linguistic".
