hardy/sid have 1.2.15~beta5-3, upstream has 1.2.24.

I've packaged 1.2.24 for Hardy.
Important addition is support for APNG (Animated PNG) so Firefox 3, xulrunner 1.9 and other Mozilla applications can now switch to system-png instead of using their private copy.
