Comment 2 for bug 1656450

I cannot not find this process when notifications stop working.

On the other hand, sometimes they start working again (I tend to leave my laptop on suspend overnight and when I work on it on the next day, I sometimes just notice they are working) and even then I cannot locate such process on my system.
