If the libnb-svnclientadapter-java upstream has not decided to assign a version number we could indeed use something like 0~svn4383. As that'd be < 6.7, we'd use an epoch and call the version number 1:0~svn4383. Also it's not in Debian yet, so we wouldn't have any problems introducing the epoch.
I'll leave the decision to you, I'm happy either way.
