Bug Description
Trying to connect to smartphone with a file manager and it hangs there.
Seems to work fine in 18.04.1, using a 18.10 live session it fails to work.
journalctl -f output from when I try to connect to the phone gives this:

Any update on this? I'm affected by the same (or very similar) problem with Samsung Galaxy S7:

This phone is over 3 years old, so I was surprised to see that this phone is not properly recognized. Can provide more debug info if helpful.
Thanks!
