We don't have the right RoCE card for testing libmlx5 testing, just for libmlx4:
ibv_devices
    device node GUID
    ------ ----------------
    mlx4_1 00140500964771e5
    mlx4_0 00140500144c547c
So with this we need to rely more on IBM testing.
