The bugs for the essential 11 perl modules to be promoted are filed. At the time I'm writing this, pending your review are the following:

Three more bugs were filed in advance to the above (for libemail-sender-perl, libemail-abstract-perl and libthrowable-perl). Please don't prioritize these three over the others above.

Checking in the meantime the dependency separation on validation/reporting without splitting the code in two packages.
