Please sync liblicense 0.8-2.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

liblicense (0.8-2.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Fix "fails to install": rename debian/postinst to
    debian/liblicense-icons.postinst and touch /usr/share/icons/hicolor only
    if it exists (closes: #566562).

As the remaining difference is for Python2.6, could you please submit it to Debian, to see if we are able to sync it, and if no news in 1 or 2 weeks, reopen this bug report?

I just noticed that the Debian package builds and works fine on maverick.
The changes in python-liblicense.install aren't necessary so the pacakge can be synced.
