Some plugins were still using internal APIs, causing errors while loading (see https://github.com/strukturag/libheif/issues/745). Thats why I decided to keep the Debian packaging as-is for now.

The issue will be fixed in the next version of libheif and Debian will split the packaging into individual plugin packages.
