We shouldn't need an MIR process here as it is a replacement for the existing source. However, this requires that you get all reverse-depends switched to use the new one so we can do a drop-in replacement.

$ reverse-depends -r jammy -c main src:libgweather
Reverse-Depends
* evolution-data-server (for libgweather-3-16)
* gnome-calendar (for libgweather-3-16)
* gnome-initial-setup (for libgweather-3-16)
