No, nautilus is not frozen. I can call nautilus from the gnome-terminal (on my desktop) and remove the bookmark to the FTP-server. This is also the easiest thing to do, to get back to a usable desktop (after a reboot).
I reported this as a Nautilus-bug since the panel freeze occurs after creating the bookmark in nautilus.
