* debian/rules:
- Don't use dh_spinxdoc since it doesn't build on amd64.
* debian/control:
- Remove usage of ${sphinxdoc:Depends}.
- Remove the requierement for python-sphinx.
- Add depends on libjs-underscore.
* debian/libdesktop-agnostic-doc.links:
- Link to system jquery.js and underscore.js
