I am sorry, I don't have much experience with these things, but is there a upgrade through yum?
I tried to do:
yum update libatasmart.x86_64
But the system says I am up to date:

>yum update libatasmart.x86_64
Loaded plugins: refresh-packagekit
Setting up Update Process
No Packages marked for Update

Was I updating the wrong package?
