Kolab somehow corrupted your Apache configuration:

 * Restarting web server apache2  * We failed to correctly shutdown apache, so we're now killing all running apache processes. This is almost certainly suboptimal, so please make sure your system is working as you'd expect now!
 ... waiting Syntax error on line 17 of /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/kolab:
SSLCertificateFile: file '/etc/kolab/cert.pem' does not exist or is empty

Try "touch /etc/kolab/cert.pem" and run "apt-get -f install". If this does not help please contact the Kolab maintainers for help.
