I can't read the following text (non-english):
Title: package lazarus (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: próba nadpisania "/usr/share/doc/lazarus/copyright", który istnieje także w pakiecie lazarus-project 1.6.2

Does it say something like: can not install /usr/share/doc/lazarus/copyright" because it is also part of package lazarus-project? If that is true, than this is no bug in Ubuntu because Ubuntu never shipped a package with that name.

The template¹ for such a bug reads:
