This bug was fixed in the package language-selector - 0.43

  * data/LanguageSelector.ui:
    Expand the height of the combo box on the "Language" tab.
  * fontconfig/69-language-selector-zh-tw.conf:
    Make Chinese fonts be selected before Latin fonts (LP: #713950).
