A separate fc demi report is a good idea IMO.

As regards other Notos: at the moment we have other default fonts in Ubuntu for Japanese and Korean (may be changed in 16.04+), so that's not an emergency for the 16.04 release.

Right, that is true for many packages. Don't know why. I have made patches using diff in some cases.
