Note: the .desktop file in /usr/share/applications is ok:

Name[pa]=ਟਰਮੀਨਲ
Name[pl]=Terminal
Name[pt]=Consola
Name[pt_BR]=Terminal <====******
Name[ro]=Terminal
...

Seems that it insists to use the [pt] translation instead of [pt_BR].
