Binary package hint: kde-i18n-es
Once Kubuntu is already installed, it cannot be fully translated to other language than language choosen during installation process.
I have seen this on Gutsy and Hardy by the moment in these cases:
* Installing Kubuntu in Spanish, and later trying to set it in English.
* Installing Kubuntu in English , and later trying to set it in Spanish.
I do this selecting the correct KDE language and system language in kcontrol.
The result is a partially translated system.
