For those who, like me, don't speek spanish.

Obviously, this is a translation issue with the plural form. In Launchpad "packaged" translation is correct, but "Current Spanish" is wrong :

Changed in kdebase (Ubuntu):
assignee: nobody → Ubuntu Spanish Translators (ubuntu-l10n-es)
affects: kdebase (Ubuntu) → language-pack-kde-es (Ubuntu)

Thanks a lot for locating the string, Bruno.

I contacted the Ubuntu translator and asked him to revert the string to packaged.

Brayan,

As the bug status indicates, the bug has been fixed, but the fix has not yet been released.

We're planning to release a new language pack soon which will fix this issue.

Regarding your question on which file you can install to fix this locally, you can try the following:

1) Download the translated file in .MO format from https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty/+source/kdebase-workspace/+pots/plasma-applet-trash/es/+export

2) Install the downloaded file at the following location:

/usr/share/locale-langpack/es/LC_MESSAGES/plasma_applet_trash.mo

You might need to log out and back in for the changes to take effect.

Fix released to Kubuntu 9.10. I assume it will also hit 9.04 in it's langpack updates sometime in the near future.
