"Cartella home" label in launcher needs to be named 'Cartella Home'

Bug Description
Hello
as you can see in the attached screenshot, the Nautils launcher is wrongly named 'Cartella home'.
Actually "home" is not "Home".
There's a big difference, Home with 'H' capitalized mean ~ or better home/username and is what we seen when launching Nautilus.
IMHO the right things still Cartella utente, Cartella personale, Cartella principale, ecc.
