pt_BR translation problem for "Mouse"

Hello,

There is a annoying translation error in the item "Mouse" in Gnome menu "Preferences" for pt_BR locale.
The word "Mouse" (translated as "Mouse" in pt-BR) is shown as "Rato" (which is the translation for European Portuguese pt-PT.

In bug #204705, translators said that the translation is correct and attested that it should be a problem with gettext.

It seens [ https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/language-pack-gnome-pt/+bug/204705/comments/6 ] that a temporary solution would be to delete the line “X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain=gnome-control-center-2.0″ in file /usr/share/applications/gnome-settings-mouse.desktop . Maybe this information can help you to find the real cause for this bug.

A very similar problem was reported in bug #249424 for the "Terminal" menu entry.

Both bugs are around since Hardy beta and are still present in Intrepid. :(
