Hello,
There is a annoying translation error in the item "Mouse" in Gnome menu "Preferences" for pt_BR locale.
The word "Mouse" (translated as "Mouse" in pt-BR) is shown as "Rato" (which is the translation for European Portuguese pt-PT.
In bug #204705, translators said that the translation is correct and attested that it should be a problem with gettext.

A very similar problem was reported in bug #249424 for the "Terminal" menu entry.
Both bugs are around since Hardy beta and are still present in Intrepid. :(
