1. It's considered good form to close the launchpad bug from within debian/changelog
2. Please try to keep lines in debian/changelog under 80 characters if at all possible
As these are really minor mistakes I've corrected them myself:
kvpnc (0.9.3-1ubuntu1) karmic; urgency=low
* Update debian/rules (LP: #445073)
- Remove dh --with kde which requires pkg-kde-tools (> 0.5.0)
(Karmic has 0.4.11)
In addition, when we modify packages in Ubuntu previously untouched from Debian, we set the maintainer to the Ubuntu Developers and put the previous Debian maintainer in the XSBC-Original-Maintainer field:
Maintainer: Ubuntu Developers <email address hidden>
XSBC-Original-Maintainer: Debian KDE Extras Team <email address hidden>
Once again, a minor fix (that I sometime make, eheh) that I've corrected myself.
