apparently the root disk is not detected:

 ALERT! /dev/disk/by-uuid/468f57ac-f59f-49af-8421-3b0a31ed7ee1 does not exist. Dropping to a shell !

Also I notice that the host console reports:

 kvm: unhandled wrmsr: 0xc1
