Comment 7 for bug 1979912

The bug fix in LP: #1969984 was a complete theme change, not a simple movement of the logo even though it appears that way. It was the only way to accommodate Plymouth operating on multiple monitors of different resolutions per that bug report. Hence the "won't fix".
