In kubuntu-docs/network there is a link that doesn't exist. In Karmic docs:

Thanks for reprting this bug. the goal will be to get everything fixed for Lucid, with possible upload to Karmic to fix as well

As it is a list of URLs, it is absurd to have that paragraph without an URL I guess. So I recommend to remove the whole paragraph.
