Comment 2 for bug 528679

I have noticed that the descriptions on the details box have been fixed, probably since Kubuntu 10.04, maybe before. Nevertheless, Sometimes it still shows the "no update description has been foud" message when the highlighted package is related to kernel headers. I can't remember exactly which one showed the problem, only that it happened only with some of the packets related to the kernel update, not all.
