doko: I'm not proposing we remove kissplice from the archive entirely, only the 32-bit binaries (armhf, i386 and powerpc).
The med-bio package (and now the med-cloud package too) recommends (not depends on) kissplice.

Are you saying we need something like this in the control file?
Recommends: kissplice [amd64 arm64 ppc64el]
