Bad rendering on moving objects

This is my first time reporting a bug, please tell me if I do anything wrong

- Mouse cursor is not cleared after a move
- Wires are not displayed until finished
- Selection boxes are not displayed
- Resize, drag, move are also not displayed until they are finished

Every event that adds something to the canvas clears undesirable (old) mouse cursors

There is probably more, but I don't know eeschema well enough to notice it

This is a known problem with the official Ubuntu package. We can only recommend switching to our PPA: http://kicad-pcb.org/download/ubuntu/
