Sergio, I am very honored you responded.

I keep getting a notification to turn off snapd so it could update. But
I could find no way to do so in the GUI. I went on line and asked how
and all I found was how to remove snapd. On reading what snapd was and
it's drawbacks, such as slowing down your internet connection which I
was experiencing the disadvantages out weighed the advantages and the
only way to turn it of seemed to be in the terminal anyway I decided I
would remove it. I cut and pasted the commands to remove it. But instead
of removing it one of the commands I pasted in was not in my computer
and the directory had changed. There was no longer a directory name. So
I tried to list the contents of the directory but could not remember how
so in frustration typed in "list" once again the command was unavailable
but there were four different groups of commands that I could install
that contained "list" I tried the first and it started installing and
then stopped and asked for my "DNS number" I don't know what that is. I
felt stuck and wanted to escape so I hit "esc" and it came up wanting to
file a bug report. So I tried and as I was filling it out I came to the
realization that there was no "bug" I was the "bug." But I wouldn't have
been if there was a GUI way to turn of snapd as snapped requested or if
there already is it was easier to find, maybe include specific
instructions in the warning. Also, I now no longer want it. There should
be a GUI way to get rid of it. If not your program will forever be only
for engineers who know how to code on the terminal and people like me
will be forced to pay through the nose for MS bit by bit or all at once
with Apple. The forums you refer me to I have been visiting since linux
mint first came out. The solution always ends up in code on the terminal
where I become the "Bug." So, I would not say this bug report is
incomplete. The bug is the user's ignorance of code combined with a lack
of, or difficulty in finding, a GUI solution.
