I can confirm the extremely slow performance using the calendar. I usually have about 10 "resources" (calendars: one for personal, one for work, one for kids, etc) open. When I turn one on or off, it takes a full 5 seconds to redraw the screen. It takes 4.5 seconds to go from one month to the next. 2.4 GHz P4, ATI graphics, no fancy effects. During the delay, the CPU is 100%. This stuff used to run lightning fast on Hardy.
