I'll reopen the bug again. It's not quite as invalid as I thought.
The problem is the default value. A fresh install will show two (2) "Default KOrganizer resource" which will double the entries in the todo-list. It is possible to remove one of them but that shouldn't be the first thing that a user has to do to get a "normal" todo-list.
Granted it's not a big issue, but it's a bit more polished to include "sane" default values.
