I would guess it's not so much a noatun bug but a compatibility bug with Qt. I'm getting the same problem with noatun, kate, ktorrent, etc.
In this case the package is pretty clearly "noatun: /usr/bin/noatun", that's what I get if I run dpkg -S /usr/bin/noatun (which is the instance of noatun I'm running). Further:
