slips past is that it's typically run from within KDE, thus a .ICEauthority file
is usually created user:user 700, as KDE (mainly DCOP, IIRC) makes massively
extensive use of ICE. An enterprising KDE packager may want to write a wrapper
script for k3bsetup that touches ~/.ICEauthority and then runs sudo k3bsetup.real.
