I would note that the above fixed package will likely want to remove currently installed l10n 16.12.3 KDE translation packages, as the 17.04.3 translations it is supposed to work with are held in -proposed pocket with the majority of 17.04.3 apps - due to wait on Qt 5.9 transition.

So it may be advisable to refrain from upgrading until the updated 17.04.3 translation package migrates as well and/or put affected packages on hold.
