Comment 89 for bug 29622

I have changed the status back to New. Printing of KDE 4.x applications has been totally broken across three distributions of Kubuntu (7.10, 8.04, 8.10 development) and on different hosts and after several re-installations.

The problems experienced include, but are far from limited to, the lack of headers and footers.
