What do you mean with "cutoff" ? Which paper size did you use (DIN-A4, Letter,
... ?)
Can you print it on a PostScript printer (e.g. no GhostScript), scan the
printout and attach it as an image (no JPEG, please - non-lossy formats like
GIF/PNG preferred if possible), please ?
