Change /etc/sudoers with 'visudo' (important syntax checking not to break your /etc/sudoers
file!!)
Find theis line:
Defaults !lecture,tty_tickets,!fqdn
Change it to:
Defaults !lecture,tty_tickets,!fqdn,timestamp_timeout=0
And try to reproduce.
I think maybe kdesu is confused with sudo keeping the password for 15 mins by default.
This edit will make sudo always ask for a password.
