Comment 28 for bug 253709

I think that the plasmoids should be resized like windows, from the bottom right corner and leave the top left one in place. Everything else on the desktop (with most window managers) flows from top left to bottom right. Because of the difference in plasmoid resize you have to arrange the desktop from bottom left to top right. Maybe swap the close button with the resize button or put another resize button near the close one.
