Binary package hint: kdeaccessibility-kde4

The Kubuntu developers would like to request a general exception for all KDE 4 packages, which contain theme settings, artwork, general desktop settings, API framework changes, new functions, and more. These packages are only depended on the metapackages that pull the discs together and only affect Kubuntu with KDE 4 if they break.

Most of the KDE 4 related packages are handled by Jonathan Riddell (riddell), Richard Johnson (nixternal), Harald Sitter (apachelogger), Jonathan Patrick Davies (jpatrick), Steve Stalcup (vorian), and some others. At this time, packages done by non-motu will be reviewed by one of the main devs prior to upload.
