Binary package hint: kdesdk

Kate, right click on the Toolbar, choose Configure Toolbar... and crashed, without showing the configuration dialog.
- Ubuntu 9.10, updated a few minutes ago and then rebooted.
- kate 4:4.3.2-0ubuntu1
