The location of your bundle is wrong; kde has to use its own bundle (WHY?). On Kubuntu it's in /usr/share/kde4/apps/kssl/ca-bundle.crt. See this blog post for more information: https://www.dragonstrider.com/serendipity/index.php?/archives/352-Working-around-KDE-bug-162485.html
