Have you actually tried that? I've added the cacert root certificate to /etc/ssl/certs but I still have to accept my server certificate if I go to: https://milliways.cynapses.org/
The next thing is that I have to accept the certificate every time I connect to my server, even if I click on accept forever. This doesn't look like a working SSL infrastructure to me.
