Actually, I first tried to install kde4 from the repositories before looking
at the instructions in kubuntu.org. When I submitted the bug report I had
already installed it "correctly", but I chose to report it anyway since,
certainly, this seems a bug to me. In my opinion, a package which cannot be
installed should not be in the repositories, since this can be very
confusing to many users.
