Comment 3 for bug 1258422

I have a panel on the right side of the left screen.
Even if I set the panel "Always visible" it behaves as "Window do under".

I would like to have this like 2 years ago, it is annoying and works in windows :)
(Gnome has the same problem eather)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a vertical panel on dual monitor setup, in the middle
2. maximize a window
3. the window goes under the panel :( !
Actual Results:
the window goes under the panel :( !

Expected Results:
the window should be smaller, to not go under the panel.
The behavior of the bottom panel is correct, and this should be the same for the vertical panel.
