[MIR] kamoso

Binary package hint: kamoso

kamoso needs to be included on the CD in the next release of Kubuntu and for this, kamoso requires to be moved from universe into main.
I have checked all the requirements for main and the only problem i see is that kamoso has not been packaged by debian yet, but at the same time it is a trivial package that can be maintained in ubuntu itself.

kamoso build-depends on qt-gstreamer which is in universe.
