Bug Description

qt-gstreamer needs to be moved to main as it is a build dependency of kamoso and is also needed by qapt which is required by the Muon package manager which will be the default package manager for Oneiric.
I've checked that all the build dependencies are in main and tests are successfully built, all other main inclusion requirements are also met.

looks ok; minor issues:

 - hardcoded dependency on libstdc++6
 - no watch file
