There seems to be some confusion or change in plans. The original description states

1.18 consists of:
1) HA of Juju state nodes
2) Full support for ppc64el and arm64

But the revised timeline says Without HA. Is HA no longer a release target? Other than supporting ppc64el and arm64, are there any other featureful changes?
