Bug Description
Makefile is a recommended way of building jtreg6 in line with jtreg7.
The ant build is not supported by the upstream.

"
There's a secondary build system in jtreg that was added to facilitate building jtreg in an IDE. It was always more a convenience for jtreg developers than anything formally approved, and it has not been maintained.
It should be remove from the `make` directory and the documentation.
The standard way to build jtreg remains to use `build.sh` or directly use GNU Make.
