Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox
i have a compaq presario cq-60 215dx.
i was running ubuntu 9.10 then upgraded to ubuntu 10.04 LTS beta 2.
i noticed since i upgraded, everything was fine with my nvidia driver because i was using the same driver in 9.10 release. but when i checked out the "hardware drivers" menu, it gave me an option to activate a "nvidia accelerated graphics driver (version current)". it was said at the bottom that im using a different version of this driver and it was recommended that it use the one specified for 10.04 LTS. when i tried downloading and activating the driver, it gave me an error... "installation of this driver has failed".
affects: | firefox (Ubuntu) → jockey (Ubuntu) |

Hi Arnold,
take a look at the bug #559023 ( https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/ubuntu/ +source/ jockey/ +bug/559023 ) and especially at my comments and screen shots. Is it the same bug?
Regards,
VSN
